Can you add central AC to a Lakewood ranch that never had it?
Yes. A coil on the existing furnace and a condenser outside, and most Lakewood ranches are cooling by the afternoon. A heat pump does the same job and heats most of the winter too.
My Lakewood ranch has hot and cold rooms. Can that be fixed?
Usually, yes. Mid-century ductwork leaks and was sized for a smaller load. We measure airflow room by room, seal and balance, and add a damper or zone where it makes sense.
Do you serve Green Mountain and Bear Creek?
Yes, all of Lakewood including the foothills side. Wind exposure up there means we size and seal a little more carefully.
AC or heat pump for a Lakewood home?
Both cool the same. A cold-climate heat pump also carries most of the winter on cheap electricity and qualifies for bigger rebates. We put both on the estimate and let you decide.
