The owner of Duality spent years turning wrenches for the big national chains and saw the same script every winter: techs paid on commission, “diagnostic fees” that ballooned, and homeowners nudged toward a whole new system when a small part would have done.
Duality is the company he wished he could have called. The name is the point. Heat and cold. Repair and replace. The technical skill of a big operation and the honesty of a neighbor who has to look you in the eye at the grocery store. Two sides, kept in balance.
Today Duality Heating and Air is a Colorado LLC, licensed, bonded, and insured, based in Englewood and working the whole metro from Golden to Aurora and Castle Rock to Thornton. He uses photos and drawings to show you what he found. Every quote is written before work starts. And when your heat goes out at 2 a.m., he picks up.
